'Work between the rowing machine and kettlebell to complete this intense 10 minute workout.   This is a Ladder / Reverse Ladder meaning the rowing reps will reduce per round whilst the Kettlebell Swing reps will increase per round.  Start by completing 500m row, once you\'ve finshed jump off the rowing machine and complete 10 KB Swings. You select the weight. Everytime you return back to the row, you will have 100m less to row. Everytime you return to the kettle bell swings, you will have 5 extra repetitions to complete.   Next time you complete the workout, why not try to increase your kettlebell weight?
